Hi, I’m Clair, the breath and balance behind Soul Studies. With a BSc and Post graduate degree in Psychology, certifications in yoga, breathwork, and neuroscience coaching, and over 20 years in healthcare sales and key account management, I’ve spent my career bridging the gap between science, wellness, and high-performance workplaces.
My journey started straight out of university, working as an assistant psychologist and behavioural analyst in a private mental health hospital. I was fascinated by the mind-body connection—how stress, anxiety, and burnout physically rewire the brain. That passion eventually led me to a fast-paced career in healthcare sales, where I saw firsthand how stress isn’t just a personal struggle—it’s a widespread challenge affecting both individuals and businesses.
Determined to be part of the solution, I swapped sales targets for savasana, sales figures for sound baths, and founded Soul Studies to bring science-backed wellness to the workplace. Now, I use breathwork, meditation, neuroscience, and sound therapy to help businesses take a practical, evidence-based approach to stress relief, so teams can work smarter, feel better, and thrive in the modern workplace.
And yes, I get it—life is BUSY. With two kids, a husband, and a dog who believes she’s the CEO of the house, I know the struggle of balancing it all. That’s why I believe well-being shouldn’t feel like another task on the to-do list—it should be something that fits seamlessly into daily life (without requiring a Himalayan retreat).
